The Prime Minister pointed out that the Hungarians were now deciding about Ukraine’s EU membership.
“Neither Brussels, nor Kiev likes this. This is why smear campaigns are being launched against Hungary,” he added.
Mr Orbán highlighted that “we will not let smear campaigns pass.”
“Hungary will defend itself. We will take the necessary steps,” he wrote, adding that Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó informed members of the public regarding these.
