We need many patriotic fighters in Europe

We need many patriotic fighters in Europe, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán stated in a video message which was screened at a political rally called EuropaViva24 of the Spanish right-wing Vox party in Madrid on Sunday.

“We are about to fight a major common battle; Brussels is letting mass illegal migration loose on us, is poisoning our children with gender propaganda, is letting farmers down and is destroying traditional families. We cannot allow this to happen,” the Prime Minister said.

He recalled that at the National Conservatism Conference (NatCon) in mid-April in Brussels, “they even set the police on us because they didn’t want to hear us talk about conservative, Christian, patriotic values, meaning about the future of our Europe.”

Mr Orbán stressed that we can only count on ourselves if we want to protect Europe’s borders, want to keep our families in security and peace; if we want to help people to have children and want the countryside, including the Spanish countryside to have a future.

“For this we need many patriotic fighters throughout Europe. Fighters who have already proved themselves,” he said, adding that Santiago Abascal and his party Vox are dedicated fighters, especially when it comes to security, freedom, the protection of the Spanish people and families.

“Vamos Santiago, vamos Vox, let us make Europe great again,” the Hungarian Prime Minister said, concluding his video message.

Vox outlined its programme for the 9 June European Parliament elections at the Sunday political rally. The event was attended in person by Argentinian President Javier Milei and deputy for the French National Rally Marine Le Pen, while Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni spoke via video link.
