The interviewer in the video says that green party MEP Daniel Freund attended Tisza and Péter Magyar’s Sunday event. In answer to the reporter’s question about how Péter Magyar can protect the Ukrainians, he said by allowing financial support for Ukraine to go ahead and allowing military support to go ahead as well. “And I think we should get rid of fossil fuels, we should definitely stop buying fossil fuels from Rusia.”
Mr Orbán stated: He has nothing new to say to us. The Tisza Party wants a pro-Ukraine government, in actual fact, the Tisza Party will meet the Brussels demands – from Ukraine through the energy market all the way to banks – unconditionally. Everyone knows this here. Except they don’t admit it at most,” the Prime Minister observed.
In his view, “the poor German” found himself in an unpleasant situation because he let the cat out of the bag. “He thought that these things – which we are all aware of, but which Tisza denies here at home – are popular things here, and he therefore betrayed his friends unknowingly, but such is politics,” Mr Orbán said.
