The video shared in the post highlights that the MEPs of the Tisza Party did not attend last week’s no-confidence vote against President of the Commission Ursula von der Leyen.
Following this, there is footage of a farmer demonstrating in Brussels who first asks President of the Tisza Party Péter Magyar visiting the venue of the demonstration how he will vote at the no-confidence vote, and then tells him “these farmers are demonstrating against von der Leyen, while you stand up for her.”
After this, there is footage in the video of minutes of votes, showing that in the no-confidence votes recently initiated against Ursula von der Leyen, on 10 July last year Dóra Dávid and Zoltán Tarr from the Tisza Party as well as Klára Dobrev from DK [Democratic Coalition] voted for the President of the Commission, while on 9 October four politicians of the Tisza Party (Dóra Dávid, Gabriella Gerzsenyi, András Kulja and Eszter Lakos) voted in favour of von der Leyen.
The video ends with a photo of Ursula von der Leyen shaking hands with Péter Magyar, with the caption “this is how the Hungarian people can count on Tisza.”
