On Wednesday morning in the Carmelite Monastery, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union Thérese Blanchet who attended the first cabinet meeting of the rotating Hungarian presidency of the Council of the European Union, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.
At a joint working meeting, the Secretary-General and members of the cabinet reviewed the goals of the Hungarian presidency and consulted with respect to the tasks to be completed and their schedule, the communication reads.
