Prime Minister Viktor Orbán offered his condolences to family of Hungarian man who died in consequence of forced recruitment in Ukraine

“I’d like to offer my sincerest condolences to the family of the Hungarian man who died in consequence of forced recruitment in Ukraine. We stand with you in these difficult hours,” Prime Minister Viktor Orbán wrote on his Facebook account on Thursday.

A news report was published on the portal Mandiner on Wednesday evening about an incident in which Ukrainian recruiters beat up a Transcarpathian man with Hungarian citizenship who died three weeks later, on 6 July, in hospital. The man’s brother reported the incident.
