On Monday evening in Brussels, ahead of the EU summit, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán had talks with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte, Bertalan Havasi, the Deputy State Secretary heading the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.
At the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral and international issues, the press chief reported.
