Mr Orbán said respect is becoming a thing of the past in international diplomacy; however, in relations between Hungary and China this has always survived, and we continue to build our future cooperation, too, on a longstanding friendship.
The Chinese councillor spoke about the importance of bilateral economic relations and the Belt and Road Initiative serving to promote the development of a number of countries, the forums of which are regularly attended by the Hungarian prime minister.
The parties drew attention to the importance of security and stability which are essential for continued economic growth and the promotion of trade relations, Mr Havasi reported.
