Dániel Bohár: Today you’re meeting French president Emmanuel Macron. What do you expect from the meeting?
There’s been a fundamental change. The Americans have been on the side of war, and now they’re on the side of peace. What I’d like to know is this: after three years the warring parties haven’t been able to defeat Russia and help Ukraine to victory with the Americans in their war camp; and so why do they think they can win this same war now, when the Americans are no longer there, and the pro-war camp is much weaker? I’d like to get an answer to this question: what makes the French position – or the pro-war position – a rational one?
