In Hungary there is no compromise on the issue of migration

In Hungary there is no compromise on the issue of migration. However much they try to blackmail us, not a single illegal migrant can come in here, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán wrote in a Facebook post on Wednesday. 

In a video attached to his post, Member of the European Parliament for the Tisza Party Dóra Dávid is quoted. She believes that “we must change this attitude, meaning that we mustn’t exclude anyone, we should take everyone in.” 

Economist-mathematician András Simonovits is also featured in the video. Earlier he said “we need migrants from Ukraine, from Syria, from here, there and everywhere, immigration plans must be accelerated.” 

In response to these, Mr Orbán stated in the video “I’m a man for those who believe that we should never let them in, only over our dead bodies, or not even then.”
