The Prime Minister checked in from the EU summit on Thursday, and in answer to the question of whether any progress has been made on the issue of oil or the EU continued the same old charade, he said “We are maintaining our position. If there is oil, there is money; if there is no oil, there is no money,” the Prime Minister added.
