Hungary has a vested interest in peaceful development of Balkans 

On Wednesday in the Carmelite Monastery, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, Bertalan Havasi, the Deputy State Secretary heading the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI. 

At the meeting, the parties agreed that the political tensions that exist in the Balkans must not be overlooked even in the shadow of the Russo-Ukrainian war. 

Mr Orbán said Hungary has a vested interest in the peaceful development of the region, and therefore the parties agreed to further strengthen political and economic cooperation between Hungary and the Republika Srpska.
