After Tuesday’s immunity vote, Brussels laundry to swing into action again on Thursday

After Tuesday’s immunity vote, the “Brussels laundry” will swing into action again on Thursday. The person to be laundered this time is none other than President of the Commission Ursula von der Leyen, the Prime Minister wrote on his Facebook account.

Mr Orbán wrote: this is not the first motion of no confidence against the President, and this is no surprise as the list of sins is a long one: with the green madness she has suffocated European industry, she concluded a disastrous trade deal with the Americans, she is letting in migrants like there is no tomorrow, and the gravest mistake of all is that she has been pouring money into the Russo-Ukrainian war for more than three years.

“We should have no doubts: the left liberals will protect the President today as well. The same left liberals who protected the president of Tisza at the Tuesday vote. They protect each other because they have one and the same goal: to drive all Member States under the Brussels yoke. Hungary, too. If they succeed, then anything is possible. Raising taxes, letting migrants in, financing the war.”

“But we will have a word or two about that, too. First, at today’s vote, then at the October peace march,” Mr Orbán wrote.
