There will be fourteenth monthly pensions

There will be fourteenth monthly pensions, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán announced on his Facebook account on Thursday evening.

In a video enclosed with his post, the Prime Minister said that at the previous day’s cabinet meeting there was a long debate about this issue, but they decided that there would be fourteenth monthly pensions, and the government is now working on the procedure for its introduction.

They have also decided on a 15 per cent pay rise for workers in the social and cultural sectors, the doubling of the benefits provided for foster parents, an action plan seeking to improve the situation of children in state care, and the prolongation of the profit margin cap and its extension to another 14 food products, Mr Orbán stated in the video.
