Today the Hungarian parliament is debating Europe’s biggest programme of tax cuts, which we’re implementing here in Hungary. We’ll be introducing lifetime personal income tax exemption for mothers with two or three children. Today the Government held a Cabinet meeting, during which we reviewed how the tariff war that’s broken out now might affect our plans. I can report that Hungary is prepared for all eventualities. We won’t let the tariff war divert us from the path of tax cuts. We shall introduce the preferential income tax rules for mothers. And we shall implement the biggest tax cut in Europe – because Hungary can do it!
