We continue building, and if we do our job well, we will transcend forces of hatred next April, at the latest

We continue building, and if we do our job well, we will transcend the forces of hatred next April, at the latest, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán wrote in a Facebook post on Monday morning.

From conciliation to intimidation, the Prime Minister wrote in his post, recalling that yesterday we had an uplifting day. “An uplifting day because the refurbished Veszprém Saint Michael’s Cathedral we re-consecrated. Those who build churches build the country,” the Prime Minister wrote, adding that the rate of development in Veszprém is such that it cannot be ignored. It transcends right- and left-wing trenches. A source of pride for us all.

“Meanwhile, at another event in Budapest, people protested against intimidation. They did so, amidst choice swear words, threats and physical aggression, hiding behind the disguise of child protection. Sly insinuations without facts, cheap agitation and limitless hatred,” the Prime Minister wrote, pointing out that this is their offer for the country. Hostility and destruction.

“We carry on building. Churches, roads, factories, schools and nursery schools. A proud, pro-family country. And if we do our job well, we will transcend the forces of hatred next April, at the latest,” Mr Orbán wrote in conclusion.
