Prime Minister Viktor Orbán had talks with Robert Fico

On Thursday in his office, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico who came to Hungary to attend the CPAC Hungary event, the Communications Division of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

The most important topic of the meeting was the issue of Hungary and Slovakia’s energy security. Earlier, Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, together with Hungary, opposed the European Commission’s plan to stop the importation of Russian natural gas at EU level by the end of 2027.
