Prime Minister Viktor Orbán had talks with executive of French company Veolia

On Tuesday morning in the Carmelite Monastery Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received Chairman of the Board of Directors Antoine Frérot and the delegation of Veolia Environment, Bertalan Havasi, the Deputy State Secretary heading the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

Veolia is a key player of the Hungarian energy, water and waste management market.

The main topic of the Tuesday meeting was the renewal of the strategic partnership entered into by and between the Hungarian government and Veolia (Dalkia) Energia Zrt. ten years ago.

The parties also spoke about the company’s future plans and power plant projects in Hungary, while topics on the agenda further included French-Hungarian economic relations, the press chief reported.
