Peace will kickstart the economy again

As part of his campaign trail, on Saturday Prime Minister Viktor Orbán paid a visit to Hódmezővásárhely where in the company of Minister for Construction and Transport János Lázár he had talks with candidate for mayor István Grezsa and Fidesz’s candidates for councillor, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

Following this, meeting members of the Hódmezővásárhely electorate, Mr Orbán said Brussels is pouring money into the war by the sackful, money that they are taking out of the pockets of the people and businesses.

“This is why the European economy is stagnating. We need peace because peace saves lives and will also kickstart the economy again,” the President of Fidesz pointed out.
