There is no Ukrainian EU accession without Hungary 

“What the Hungarian people think is not decided by the president in Kyiv or the bureaucrats in Brussels,” Prime Minister Viktor Orbán posted on the social media platform X in response to a statement by the Ukrainian President, claiming that an overwhelming majority of the Hungarian people support Ukraine’s accession to the European Union.

“There is no Ukrainian EU accession without Hungary. Every Hungarian will have their say on this. Whether you like it or not. That’s how we do things here,” the Hungarian Prime Minister wrote in his English-language post.
