Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received executive of India’s largest private company

On Thursday afternoon in the Parliament Building Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Chairman of the Indian Tata Group had talks about the development of the Hungarian economy and the training of skilled workers and experts as well as about exchanges of experience for them.

The meeting was also attended by Minister of Finance Mihály Varga and Minister for Innovation and Technology László Palkovics. The parties highlighted that Hungary’s economic achievements create sound foundations for intensifying cooperation with India’s largest private company, the Tata Group which is active in a number of sectors of industry in more than 85 countries around the world.

The company has been a strategic partner of the Hungarian government since 2013. The consulting activities of the subsidiary Tata Consultancy Services are particularly useful for Hungarian experts, as are the business training programmes organised by them which they will also continue in the future, the head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the press.
