Prime Minister Viktor Orbán offered his condolences

In a message Prime Minister Viktor Orbán offered his condolences to Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki due to the tragic coach accident that occurred in Croatia, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI on Saturday evening.

“On behalf of myself and the Hungarian people, I would like to offer my condolences to you and to the entire Polish nation. We are praying for the swift recovery of the injured and the families of the victims,” Mr Orbán wrote to his Polish counterpart.

Early on Saturday morning in Croatia, a Polish coach veered off the motorway and then slid into the ditch. In the accident, 12 people were killed and 32 injured, including 19 seriously.
