Swedish prime minister to pay a visit to Budapest on Friday 

At the invitation of Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, on 23 February, Prime Minister of Sweden Ulf Kristersson will pay a working visit to Budapest, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief announced in a communication. 

Topics of the meeting will include defence and security policy cooperation between Hungary and Sweden, and the preparations for Hungary’s upcoming rotating presidency of the EU. 

During the talks, the parties will also review the strategic agenda facing the European Union, Mr Havasi reported. 

He added that Mr Orbán and Mr Kristersson will render an account of the results of their meeting at a press conference.
