Prime Minister Viktor Orbán to have talks in Georgia

On 28-29 October, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will pay an official visit to Georgia, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief confirmed to the Hungarian news agency MTI Georgian news reports released in reference to information provided by the Tbilisi government. 

According to media reports, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze invited his counterpart to Georgia; members of the Hungarian delegation will include Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, Minister for Economic Development Márton Nagy and Finance Minister Mihály Varga. 

The parties will conduct talks behind closed doors as well as plenary talks, following which Prime Ministers Irakli Kobakhidze and Viktor Orbán will make a joint press statement, the programme of the visit reads.
