Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received President of State of Israel Isaac Herzog in his office

On Tuesday, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received President of the State of Israel Isaac Herzog in his office, the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI. 

As part of a working lunch, the parties discussed the topical issues of the changing world order and the peace and stability of the Middle East. In the context of economic cooperation between Hungary and Israel, the parties spoke about the dynamic development of relations in positive terms. 

At the meeting, Mr Orbán confirmed that Hungary recognised the right of Israel to self-defence, the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed MTI.
