Prime Minister Viktor Orbán had talks with former Czech Prime Minister

On Monday in the Carmelite Monastery, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán conducted bilateral talks with former Czech Prime Minister Andrej Babis, President of the main Czech opposition force, the ANO party, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

During the meeting, the parties assessed Hungarian-Czech relations, and based on their cooperation dating back many long years, they designated the common political tasks ahead.
Mr Babis thanked Mr Orbán for the invitation to the 20 August celebrations and the World Athletics Championships.

On his social media account, the Czech politician wrote it was an honour to meet again Turkish President Erdogan, Serbian President Vucic, Emir of Qatar Tamim ibn Hamad Al Thani, former Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz and other state leaders in Budapest.
