Prime Minister Viktor Orbán had talks with David Cornstein

On Friday in the Carmelite Monastery, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán received former US Ambassador David Cornstein, Bertalan Havasi, the head of the Press Office of the Prime Minister informed the Hungarian news agency MTI.

At the meeting, the parties spoke about the present and future of relations between the United States and Hungary, and discussed the consequences of the war in Ukraine as well as the possibilities of a ceasefire and a peace deal.

During the day in the Carmelite Monastery, Mr Orbán also had talks with former President of the Czech Republic Václav Klaus, the press chief reported.
