Prime Minister Viktor Orbán had talks with President of Federation of Hungarian Jewish Communities Mazsihisz 

On Monday in the Carmelite Monastery, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán had talks with President of the Federation of Hungarian Jewish Communities (Mazsihisz) Andor Grósz, Bertalan Havasi, the Prime Minister’s press chief informed the Hungarian news agency MTI. 

The parties reviewed problems concerning the day-to-day lives of Jewish communities in Hungary and discussed specific potential solutions as well as opportunities for the government’s continued support of Jewish communities. 

At the meeting, it was confirmed: Hungarian Jewish communities greatly appreciate the stance the government takes in relation to Israel and the Jewish people, and that in Hungary there is calm and peace; the members of every religious denomination and ethnic group are able to live in security here, the communication reads.
